Capacity: 500 kgs/hour/incinerator, 24 tons/day
Functions: Incineration of non-reusable solid, liquid and sludge wastes.
Treatable waste: sludge, solvent, oil-contaminated waste, packages, printing inks, paint residues, medical wastes, other harmful wastes with a possibility of burning, etc., which are disposed during daily goods manufacture and circulation.
Process description:
The waste is loaded into the primary combustion chamber of the incinerator, heated by diesel oil (DO) and gas burners to supplement and maintain the pyrolysis temperature of waste in primary combustion chamber from 650 - 900°C. Under the heat influence, the process of solid and liquid waste thermal decomposition into gas occurs, through processes: water evaporation - pyrolysis - partial oxidation of combustible substances.
The exhaust fumes in the primary combustion chamber through the secondary combustion chamber is completely burned at a temperature of 1,050 - 1,300°C with a combustion time > 2 seconds, ensuring toxic wastes complete burning
The exhaust fumes treatment system includes an indirect exhaust heat antipyretic equipment with water, ventury dust treatment equipment, a hollow 1-level absorption tower, a buffer 2-level absorption tower, a ventilated fan, a chemical mixing equipment, chemical determining pumps, pipe and chimney systems.
With advanced exhaust fumes treatment technology, the exhaust fumes after the treatment reaches QCVN 30: 2012/BTNMT before being released into the environment through the chimney of 28m high.
The ash of the incinerator is applied for solidification or cocooning, etc. Solidified products for making cinder blocks are stored and can be made use of as construction materials.
